Welcome to Life Path Counselling

I am Jonathan Easton-Crouch, a Registered Member of the British Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists (BACP), and offer counselling and therapy for adults in a safe, comfortable and confidential setting in SW19.

I have over 25 years of experience of working in the field of mental health and  emotional well-being.  As a mental health nurse and community team manager in the NHS, I have worked in many services across South London and have also had professional and voluntary roles in pastoral counselling settings.  As a result, I have extensive experience and knowledge of  counselling and supporting a wide range of people at different stages on life’s path.

The path of our life can be exciting and joyful; it can also be challenging and frightening. At times in our lives we can all face anxiety, depression, physical ill-health, relationship difficulties, loss and uncertainty and need to talk to someone about our concerns.

Sometimes we follow our path unthinking but deep down we long to know ourselves more truly and seek personal growth and development in order to be fully alive.

Wherever you are on the path of life, I believe that therapy can provide support, exploration and healing. It is a safe space to speak out about anxieties and needs and the things it often feels difficult to say to others.

As well as conventional therapy sessions at my practice in Merton Park, I am experienced in  conducting sessions via video link, Zoom or Skype.  I also offer Talk and Walk sessions on Wimbledon Common and Morden Hall Park if you would prefer the beauty of nature to support your therapy journey.  See the separate page for more details of this.

I am a short walk from Morden Underground station as well as National Rail and tram stations. Off-street car parking is also available.

Other pages on this website explain my approach, how I work and the way to get started with therapy and how to contact me. Please take a look and get in touch for an initial conversation; without commitment.
