I offer short-term work for up to six sessions or longer-term work according to the client’s needs.
In addition to face to face sessions in my counselling room in SW19, I can offer sessions via Zoom or Skype. Alternatively I offer Walk-and-Talk therapy. Please see the separate page for more information.
Initially we will arrange a time to meet for an opportunity to see if we may be able to work together and for you to tell me about what you would like to talk through or explore. This is also a time for you to ask any questions you may have.
If we agree to work together, we would then find a regular time to meet.
Deciding to work in therapy/counselling requires a commitment from the client to attend each week for 50 minutes and wherever possible at the same time.
I offer sessions weekday daytimes, some evenings and Saturday mornings at my practice in SW19.
For both services, my fees are:
£30 for the initial consultation
£50 for each 50 minute session thereafter
I offer a reduced fee for students and those on a low income – which we can discuss at your initial consultation.
There is a charge for missed sessions, but wherever possible I will try to re-arrange your session for another time in the same week if you are unable to make an appointment.
